By accessing or using Nelix's services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Nelix provides automated document analysis to identify suspicious text -technically called a prompt injection- that can compromise the desired behaviour of an AI agent.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use our Service, you must create an account providing accurate and complete information.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3.3 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service.

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use our Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

4.2 Prohibited Uses

You may not:

Upload illegal or malicious content intentionally
Attempt to bypass security measures
Reverse engineer our Service
Use our Service to harm others
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Document Processing

5.1 Upload Rights

You represent that you have the right to upload and analyze any documents you submit.

5.2 Temporary Storage

Documents are temporarily stored during analysis and automatically deleted upon completion.

5.3 No Guarantee

While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee 100% detection of all signals.

6. Subscription and Payment

6.1 Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans with different features and limits.

6.2 Payment Terms

All payments are processed by Paddle.com, who acts as our Merchant of Record
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
All prices are displayed in your local currency where supported

6.3 Refunds

All payments are processed by Paddle.com, who acts as our Merchant of Record. Refund requests are subject to the following terms:

Subscription Refunds: You may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or subscription renewal
Request Deadline: Refund requests must be submitted within 60 days of the transaction date
Processing: All refunds are processed by Paddle and are subject to their discretion
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Property

All Service content, features, and functionality are owned by Nelix and protected by intellectual property laws.

7.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of documents you upload. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process your documents for analysis.

8. Privacy

Your use of our Service is governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

9.1 Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9.2 Security Analysis

Our analysis is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for undetected signals.

9.3 Third-Party Content

We are not responsible for third-party content or services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nelix shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
Damages exceeding the amount paid for the Service

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Nelix harmless from any claims arising from:

Your use of the Service
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party rights

12. Termination

12.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time through account settings.

12.2 By Us

We may terminate or suspend your account for Terms violations.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Dispute Resolution

We encourage resolution through our support team first.

14.2 Arbitration

Unresolved disputes will be settled through binding arbitration.

14.3 Class Action Waiver

You waive the right to participate in class actions.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Nelix.

Uptime Commitment

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee a specific uptime.

Support Response Times

Critical: 2 hours
High: 8 hours
Normal: 24 hours
Low: 48 hours
